At last CPD that is in our control .That we can access at a time that suits us and with areas that are relevant to our practice .
Having left a toxic CIC RN job in SEP with no CPD. provided at all
.Now finding myself left in the situation like thousands of other nurses .
No jobs as all trust frozen jobs not just new graduates but us oldies with 30 years plus experience.
